Why always nepali citizens?
Aren't we free to enjoy our rights ?
Constitution have secure our rights but it's only in written not in practice..
First social media bill now band on social medias ..
For the information "millions of loss will occur in our economy due to social media band "
Many people are doing their jobs through facebooks , Whatsapp, Instagram,and so on .. Do government is giving them jobs?
Students like us are studying through YouTube videos but YouTube band make us struggle through our education .
Reporter, media worker, influencer, content creator etc who work online is now on going to be jobless and have to struggle from the ground once again to built connection
Article 17(1) of constitution " Right to freedom of expression" have secure the rights but government restricted our rights to have our thinking and expression published in social medias.
2-3 years back due to the controversies of politician occur due to thoughts of people were shown through TikTok , TikTok was band for 1 year and after TikTok restricted the videos that was against the will of politicians , it was again open and now can be used but there is not any video against them and we are blocked from our rights.
We the citizen of nepal are so poor not in wealth but in mentality because every parties are using them as a doll and we are willing to be played , if any party give us some amount of money in elections we are willing to give vote without knowing any intention of them to develop our areas ...it's called by " Bhupi Serchan" in Hami poem ( LiLiput ka lagu Manav)
Am I going to jail for taking stand ? Am I not free to express my feelings?
